  As far as the players are concerned, I dont think that they have the character necessary to be part of a winning team. I dont think that they even have the talent necessary to be a playoff contender..

  Ive been saying it all year and I will repeat myself again. Mike Tice is not the the type of coach that should be coaching the Vikings. If the team wants a coach with character who can instill values, team work and work ethic into his players, then Tice is not the right man for the job.
